Its smooth, weather-resistant finish is designated to be shock-resistant, unbreakable, easily installed and vibration absorbent.

VITRABOND – With a fire resistant core, Vitrabond Aluminium Composite Panel (FR & A2) offers high versatility as a façade panel material. Superb durability in all weather conditions makes this product an excellent choice for facades, soffits, awnings, fasciae, sun blades, and other architectural applications. Vitrabond features a thickness of 4mm aluminium composite panel, with a “fire resistant core sandwiched between two aluminium natural metal cover sheets” (Fairview Architectural). The resulting surface area is flat, highly workable, strong and weight-efficient. Added benefits include its availability in a wide range of colours and finishes, its ability to be bent, folded, curved and shaped, a 15 YEAR WARRANTY, and stock availability second-to-one.

VITRACORE – With a profiled aluminium (honeycomb) core, tested to AS1530.1, Vitracore G2 is a non-combustible composite panel, making it more attractive as a durable surface structure. There is no difference in the installation procedure, as compared to traditional composite panel materials. At 4mm thick, and with a PVDF paint coating, you’ll find the identical ease of use as Vitrabond, coupled with excellent BCA compliance, a large range of colours, and great versatility. Equally, its ability to be bent, folded, curved and shaped, and its generally easy stock availability are second to none. Its core technology befits its capacity to be continually produced as a consistent and reliable product in architectural design circles. Ideal for soffit applications and all facades, this rigid product resists all weathers and industrial pollution, is fitted with a concealed system, comes with a 20 YEAR WARRANTY, and needs very little maintenance.
