Metal Roof Battens are more durable and can be installed faster than traditional timber battens. Metal Roof Battens are also a cheaper option than timber battens. It is important to understand the compliance standards for battens, however, regardless of whether they are of timber or metal composition. This is where you’ll benefit from the ultimate expertise we provide. Even though Metal Battens are stronger than timber, the required spacing is the same for either material. Your architectural drawings will detail the WorkSafe regulatory specifications, and the trusses, roof battens and safety battens will be itemised.
